Give birth or die trying, and sentencing infertile women to death
The anti-abortion movement has a death wish
Students for Life of America (SFLA) is a powerful anti-abortion group that is sometimes pejoratively referred to as Students for Lies due to its pattern of blatant dishonesty. The group and its zealous leader, Kristan Hawkins, are also known for tastelessly exploiting tragedy and humanitarian concerns to advance their goal: the complete abolition of abortion in every circumstance, for any reason.
Hawkins is currently engaged in a “No Abortions, No Exceptions” speaking tour on college campuses across the country. This week, at the University of Washington, Hawkins said that “the objective of the anti-abortion movement is to end the violence of abortion, to completely make it unavailable.” Either give birth or die trying.
When Hawkins says “no exceptions,” she means NO EXCEPTIONS. None. Zilch. Zero. As The Daily reported, “Hawkins emphasizes her ‘no exceptions’ claim by stating instances of unwanted pregnancies through sexual assault and incest, as well as the presence of health risks, are not enough to morally justify abortion.” Either give birth or die trying.
This should come as no surprise. After the Dobbs decision, Tennessee’s trigger law made saving pregnant patients’ lives a Class C Felony. Though an extremely narrow exception was later added to the bill - after it had been in effect for 8 months and against the vociferous, blood-thirsty protestations of Tennessee Right to Life - Tennessee’s zero-exceptions ban was considered the gold standard by the leaders of the anti-abortion, pro-womens’-deaths cult that calls itself “pro-life.” Either give birth or die trying.
Meanwhile, in Texas, “Horrifying undercover footage shows Texas Republican officials supporting the death penalty for women who get an abortion or IVF treatments. And this includes rape and incest victims, as well as minors.” That’s right: Republicans support putting infertile women to death, along with women who have abortions and those who use emergency contraception. Either give birth or die trying.
I left the pro-womens’-deaths cult that calls itself “pro-life” several years ago, in part because of their blood-lust for women, teenagers, and children, as well as their incessant, dangerous lies. The pro-womens’-deaths cult that calls itself “pro-life” wasn’t as open in its abject hatred of women and girls a few years ago, but they are increasingly taking off their mask. When they tell you who they are, believe them.
