Last month, an Idaho court ruled that women who are pregnant have a constitutional right to self-preservation when their health is seriously jeopardized by a previability pregnancy. In other words, the State doesn't have a right to maim you and push you to deaths door just because they like the person inside you more than they like you.
Today, the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals paused that ruling until the full Court can hear the case. That means Idaho gets to keep demanding women's limbs as a sacrifice to their fetus fetish. That means Idaho gets to keep pushing women to the verge of death. ‘Cause that's Idaho's kink, I guess. But, most of all, it means women still aren't persons under the law.
